Order Confirmation:

  • Immediate Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means your order has been received and your payment has been pre-authorized.
  • Stock Check: Once your order is received, we will verify that the item is in stock and ready for shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email to discuss alternate solutions.
  • In-Stock Items: If your item is available for immediate shipment (typically within 5 business days), we will process your payment and begin preparing your order for shipping.

Order Shipment:

  • Shipping Timeline: Once your payment is processed, in-stock items will be shipped within three business days.
  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information, within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. This will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
  • No Confirmation? If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email within four business days, please contact us at contact@thehelpfulhoops.com, and we’ll gladly assist you.

Damages During Shipping:

  • Inspect Upon Delivery: We highly recommend inspecting the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging or contents, please:
    1. Make note of the damage when signing for delivery, or
    2. Refuse delivery if the damage is severe.
  • Accepting Damaged Items: If you accept the delivery and discover damage, please immediately take clear photos of the packaging and the product(s) inside.
  • Report Damages: If you received damaged items, email the photos and details to contact@thehelpfulhoops.com within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Next Steps: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, ensuring you get the correct, undamaged product as quickly as possible.

Damages After Use:

  • Items that become damaged after use are not eligible for a return or refund unless covered by a warranty. For more details on warranties, please contact us or refer to the product-specific documentation.

Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email or phone. Cancellations made before shipment will receive a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after shipment will be processed under our 30-Day Return Policy, and customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Certified pre-owned or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
