30-Day Return Policy

At The Helpful Hoops, we stand by the quality of every product we sell. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.

How to Return an Item:

  • If you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, please email us at contact@thehelpfulhoops.com with your order number, and we will provide detailed return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item(s) at our warehouse, we will notify you via email and process your refund.

Conditions for Returns:

  • To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in "Like New" condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
  • "Like New" means the product must not show any signs of wear. Items with visible wear or use-related issues will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please note the damage when signing for delivery and send photos to contact@thehelpfulhoops.com on the day of delivery.
  • We will cover the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.
  • Keep all original packaging for any returns. All returns must be authorized by our customer service team prior to processing.
  • Items damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered by a specific warranty.

Order Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel an order, contact our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.
  • Cancellations made before shipment will receive a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after shipment will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

Additional Return Policy Notes:

  • Some products may have specific return policies, which will be noted in the product description or return information.
  • Certified pre-owned or used items are ineligible for returns.
  • We do not accept returns for items purchased for one-time or temporary use, such as trade show or promotional items.
